Where does Lumex LLC ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states, excluding P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Do you accept orders shipping to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship our products to PO Box addresses at this time.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of Lumex's products is only for your personal use. By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes and agree to our Terms of Use. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
Are your products cruelty free?
As an enterprise seeking peaceful coexistence between nature, human beings, and businesses, our products will not be tested on animals.
How long is each treatment? How many treatments will I need?
Consultation is required before treatment. Usually, each treatment time lasts 1.5 hours to 2 hours, which includes numbing with a topical numbing agent. The number of treatments needed depends on your skin condition.
How long does it take to see the final results of treatment?
About 4 to 6 weeks after your first treatment session.
